Job description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, a strong attention to detail, and a thorough knowledge of travel industry trends and destinations.


Responsibilities:


Provide personalized travel advice and recommendations to clients based on their preferences, budget, and travel objectives.

Research and book flights, accommodations, transportation, tours, and other travel services for clients.

Handle inquiries and reservations via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

Stay up-to-date on travel industry trends, regulations, and destination information.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Handle any issues or concerns that arise before, during, or after the client's trip with professionalism and efficiency.

Design tour packages and use social media skills for effective promotion and engagement.

Requirements:


Previous experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role within the travel industry is a plus.

Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, airlines, hotels, and travel products.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

Proficiency in using reservation and booking systems, such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Certification from a recognized travel school or association is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Pay: RO200.000 - RO250.000 per month
