Position to be filled: Mechanical Engineer
Main requisites and general background:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the Oil and Gas sector;
Proficiency in mechanical design, equipment selection, and technical calculations;
Knowledge of industry codes and standards related to mechanical systems and equipment;
Ability to prepare mechanical drawings, specifications, and material requisitions;
Understanding of preventive maintenance practices for mechanical systems;
Familiarity with conducting root cause analysis for mechanical failures;
Knowledge of shutdown procedures and coordination involving mechanical systems;
Strong analytical and problem
solving skills;
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
