Responsibilities
-Process Accounts Payable: Verify invoices, prepare payments, and reconcile vendor statements.
-Manage Accounts Receivable: Generate invoices, follow up on payments, and apply incoming payments accurately.
-General Ledger Management: Assist in closing processes, prepare journal entries, and reconcile accounts.
-Conduct Bank Reconciliations: Reconcile bank statements, monitor cash flow, and investigate discrepancies.
-Prepare Financial Reports: Assist in creating balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
-Ensure Compliance: Maintain financial records, adhere to accounting principles, and support audits.
-Support Financial Analysis: Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and provide insights.
-Collaborate with Departments: Gather financial data and provide support across various teams.
-Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
-Assist Finance Manager: Support the Finance Manager, participate in special projects, and perform additional duties.
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
-Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
-Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
-High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
