We are looking for a professional travel employee with very good experience in ticketing to work in Salalah.
Requirements for this job:
- Proven experience as a Ticketing Agent.
- Excellent knowledge of travel software ( Galileo, Saber, Amadeus and /or other reservation systems.
- Proficiency in Arabic ( native speaker is desirable )
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to resolve issues.
Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, or a relevant field (desirable).
** The applicant for the position is required to have full knowledge and understanding of travel and Oman CAA's laws.
** The applicant is required to know the travel restrictions and requirements for various nationalities within the Sultanate of Oman.
** He/She must have worked in a travel agency in the Sultanate of Oman for at least two years or one full year without interruption.
** The required experience is only TICKETING and any CV that doesn't meet this requirement will be neglected.
