**Job Overview:**

As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment, managing talent acquisition, and ensuring the well-being of our dedicated team members. This position requires an individual who is passionate about hospitality, possesses strong interpersonal skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. 


**Responsibilities:**

1. **Talent Acquisition:**

   - Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding. 

   - Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and industry networks to attract top talent. 


2. **Employee Relations:**

   - Foster a positive work culture through effective communication and conflict resolution. 

   - Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction. 


3. **Training and Development:**

   - Coordinate and deliver training programs for employees at all levels. 

   - Identify opportunities for professional growth and development within the organization. 


4. **Performance Management:**

   - Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to recognize and reward high-performing employees. 

   - Address performance issues through counseling, coaching, and disciplinary measures when necessary. 


5. **Compliance and Policies:**

   - Ensure compliance with local labor laws and hotel policies. 

   - Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in human resources management. 


**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 

- Proven experience in human resources management, preferably in the hospitality industry. 

- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations. 

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. 

- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
