About the Role:

Your troubleshooting skills will be essential in resolving client challenges and ensuring optimal system performance.
Responsibilities:
Analyze client requirements and develop customized IT and Telecom solutions.
Identify and qualify new business leads through various channels.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide efficient solutions.
Manage project lifecycles and ensure successful implementation.
Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales or technical role within the IT or Telecom industry.
Strong understanding of networking concepts, including hardware and software solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required valid oman driving License.
