SR. SALES EXECUTIVE (REAL ESTATE)
•Identify potential customers through lead generation activities such as cold
calling, networking, and attending industry events.
•Conduct property tours and provide detailed information to prospective buyers
about available properties, features, financing options, and pricing.
•Negotiate sales contracts and close deals with prospective buyers, ensuring all
necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional
customer service throughout the sales process and addressing any concerns or
inquiries.
•Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop promotional
materials and campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
•Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry
developments to identify new opportunities and challenges.
•Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management, analyzing sales
