- Respond to client inquiries and match them with suitable properties for lease and sale. 

- Cultivate relationships with landlords to promote our services. 

- Implement artificial intelligence tools to optimize workflow and save time. 

- Utilize basic graphic design skills for advertising purposes. 

- Assist in leading and mentoring future team members to ensure operational excellence. 

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in the real estate industry. 

- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and its applications in the field. 

- Proficiency in social media and digital marketing. 

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 

- Basic graphic designing skills. 

- Leadership qualities with a vision for team building and growth. 

- Preferred: Basic Arabic language skills. 

- Preferred: Own car for transportation.
