Job Description : Sales Executive:

1. Responsible for achieving sales targets given by the company for individual products & overall. 

2. Meet existing customers  and try to retain them by getting the business from them 

3. Develop new customers, do the site visits on regular basis. 

4. Respond to enquiries either verbal or written. 

5. Submit quotations, outlining payment terms & delivery of details as per the company guidelines issued time to time. 

6. Review the reasons for the successful as well as unsuccessful quotations. 

7. Ensure that Company guidance on Credit  is strictly followed

8. Follow-up on quotations submitted to convert the same into order. 

9. Ensure the Products are delivered on time, invoices are submitted on time and payment collected on time

10. Submit invoice with required supporting documents 

11. Keeping record of visits to clients and sales

12. Taking preventive / corrective action for smooth functioning of the branch. 

13. Update self with current trends, new Product s, suppliers and service providers. 

14. Promote company’s image & generate goodwill with the suppliers and subcontractors by equitable and fair dealings. 

15. Promote company’s image and generate goodwill with the Customers expectations 

16. Participate in Management Review Meetings. 

17. Implement proper preventive actions for the anticipated problems. 

18. Implement proper corrective and preventive actions recorded during audits. 

19. Monitor delivery, invoicing and collection of payments / receivables. 

20. Complete the Responsibility assigned by Superior Time to Time

21. Ensure a suitable replacement is hired in the unfortunate event that a resignation is enacted. In addition to finding a suitable replacement the employee must train the new candidate. It is the employee’s responsibility to offer a knowledge transfer and detailed handover of role and responsibilities.
