As a waiter/waitress at, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. 

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Greeting guests upon arrival and escorting them to their tables with warmth and professionalism. 

Presenting menus and providing detailed explanations of dishes, specials, and selections. 

Taking accurate food and beverage orders and entering them into the POS system promptly. 

Serving food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. 

Anticipating guests' needs and providing personalized recommendations and assistance as required. 

Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables between courses. 

Collaborating effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction. 

Handling guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with grace and professionalism, striving to resolve any issues promptly and effectively. 

Adhering to all restaurant policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times. 

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting is required. 

Extensive knowledge of food and beverage service, including hot and cold beverage preparation. 

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently and courteously with guests and colleagues. 

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities, with a focus on delivering flawless service. 

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive attitude and composure. 

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
