Managed Services following the ITIL standards including Helpdesk for logging of issues, Asset Management, Incident Management, etc. 

Infrastructure support:

Systems-Microsoft Azure services - hosting AD and SAP servers

Office 365 email and services - 100 mailboxes

Servers Hardware and OS - 1 Dell Blade server with 3 hosts

VMware Vcenters - up to 20 VMs

File Server with DFS

Active Directory and domain services

Veeam

TrendMicro + Endpoints Manage Engine system

Manage Engine Ticketing system 

Aconex* + servers only network and OS-level support will be provided

Primavera* + servers only network and OS-level support will be provided

Access Control System + Hikvision Gate barrier system

The detailed scope of work is as follows: 

1. Maintain 99.9% uptime for the complete network. 

2.24x7 monitoring of the network with a remote monitoring tool. 

3. Monitor and maintain the Network Switches and Firewalls in the HQ data center up and running all the time. 

4. Monitor and maintain Physical and Virtual Servers in the HQ data center up and running all the time. 

5. Ensure all Windows Servers and hardware critical patches are up to date to mitigate the risk and vulnerability in systems. 

6. Maintain and ensure all Virtualize Hardware and Software critical patches are up to date to mitigate the risk and vulnerability in systems and networks. 

7. Documentation of network and inventory of IT assets. 

8. Provide support to review and recommend various options regarding audit features. 

9. Submit health check reports for Hardware, Systems, Active Directory, Backup Applications, Firewalls, Switches, and Routers quarterly. 

10. Support to formulate and apply IT Policies and Procedures related to Hardware, Systems, Networks, Active Directories, Backup Applications, Firewalls, Switches and Routers. 

11. Gap Analysis and recommendation on network consolidation and security. 

12. Support the development of complex system standards and recommend improvements to enhance the performance of Systems and Networks.+96897312437  Chat
