Purchase Manager & Sales Manager (Mobile and Accessrioues)

Duties & Responsibilitys 

Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve business objectives. 

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets. 

Identify and target new customers and market segments. 

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors. 

Analyze market trends, consumer demands, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities. 

Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management. 

Train and develop the sales team to improve their skills and knowledge. 

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and campaigns. 

Develops a purchasing strategy. 

Reviews and processes purchase orders. 

Manages other members of the purchasing team. 

Maintains records of goods ordered and received. 

Negotiates prices and contracts with suppliers. 

Builds and maintains relationships with vendors.
